Components of Microsoft Dynamics:     

•  We look at the action, so this is going to be it will change depending on the page that you are currently viewing within the system. So on the home screen you have quick buttons for new additions where there is a quote order and invoice at a customer or vendor can also process payments from the home screen, view financial statements.

They are simple as clicking and running and then this is the market place. The activity bar is a great way for focusing on what needs to be done for this particular day.
• So as soon as I login you can see that you have five quotes, five orders, 11 invoices that need your attention where to focus your efforts. If you move to the right, you have setup to show the KPI’s that you want to be able to view and these are easy to change between each charts and graphs that you find valuable and you want to track, scroll down a little bit. You can setup a list of favourite accounts that you want to be able to track on a daily basis as well.
• You can add more accounts, if you would like to see more you can take some away if you want less accounts to show up here. You also have a financial statement to the right. We have a trial balance and this information is drill down a bowl.
